My experience with special needs children...
My twin brother Gabriel has Down-syndrome and I’ve been a caretaker for him my entire life. He is my best friend and I always strive to support and protect him. This includes getting him ready for the day or for bed, taking him to school, making him food, doing his skincare/teeth care, going for walks and working out together, picking out outfits and spending quality time with him every day:)
