To me, the most important part of being a nanny is building trust, with both the kids and their parents. Creating a safe, supportive environment where children where children feel comfortable being themselves is key, while also maintaining clear communication with parents so everyone is on the same page. It's about being dependable, patient, and consistent, and making sure the kids feel cared for, respected, and understood every day.
