A little bit about me

I am a heart centered, trauma and youth informed, certified yoga and meditation teacher. I am conscious, emotionally intelligent and have a calm grounded presence. I like to be in the present moment, make eye contact, smile and laugh.

I have held roles as a baby/house/pet/plant sitter and am experienced with infants and toddlers thru adolescents. I am a former CPR certified lifeguard who taught private swim lessons to children and also certified in mental health first aid.

I can also act as a personal assistant with household or business needs as I have many years of experience working business operations and creative production in the corporate world.

I have a personal passion for interior design and home organization. I have a keen eye for detail and excel at finding creative solutions for storage and efficient use of space. I also love tending to the garden or landscaping. I'm not afraid to get dirty or do some heavy lifting.
