More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I grew up with my mother being an in home preschool teacher, where I began babysitting and eventually became her backup care provider once I turned 18. I then worked for a retirement home becoming a person in charge. I realized how much I loved working with kiddos so I became a preschool teacher before becoming a nanny. I worked at the preschool for 5 years. I mainly worked in the preschool room, but the classrooms ranged from infant to pre-kindergarten so I have experience in all rooms and ages. I planned and implemented a curriculum, became employee of the month, and responsible for completing 20 hours of continuous education courses per year.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Creative play, children’s yoga, music and movement, crafts, teach through age appropriate lessons, chalk, bubbles, sports, scavenger hunts, games.
