Part-Time Nanny Available in Chester, CT: Kayla Y.
I am a reliable & fun nanny looking for a wonderful family to join part time. When I’m not nannying, I’m a scientific illustrator and soon-to-be student, and I love being able to share my passion for art and learning with kids by helping with homework or coming up with creative art projects to do together. I am excellent at time management & happy to help support the families I work with through last minute changes in schedules or whatever life throws our way! I enjoy cooking, reading, and dancing, and love to encourage children to get excited about lots of different activities with me. My childcare philosophy is being firm, when necessary, but I’ve found that if you approach children at their level with kindness and respect, they will respond positively. I like to gently guide children to making solid choices on their own. I am communicative, easy-going, positive, flexible & I would love to work with a family who shares similar values!
