I have experience working as a Mental Health Technician with adolescents, as well as working as an RBT with children with autism. I truly enjoy working with children and helping support their needs, safety, development, and well-being.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy arts and crafts, coloring, playing games, reading, going to the park, outdoor play, walks, and doing fun activities that keep children engaged and happy. Educational activities as well such as a museum, aquarium, zoo. Little minds can learn but also have fun doing so.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is creating a structured and positive environment while teaching children kindness and good manners. I believe in listening to and understanding their feelings, helping them work through negative emotions, and redirecting them in a patient and positive way. I also believe in respecting the parents’ needs, routines, and parenting preferences and making sure their expectations are followed.

My experience with special needs children...

Mainly children 18 months to 9 years old with autism. each child I cared for were on different levels on the spectrum.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Some of my favorite moments have been babysitting my infant and toddler niece and nephew. I love watching their personalities grow, playing with them, and seeing how happy they get over the little things. Those moments have made caring for children especially meaningful to me.
