A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Kylie & I am 22. I have been in childcare for 7 years & absolutely love what I do. I have worked in many different age groups, along with a few different daycares, I have worked with up to 22 kids in a classroom & have also worked with private families for babysitting / nannying. I have my pediatric / adult cpr & a few online classes through the state, along with learning how to do progress reports & PA standard curriculum. I am looking for a family to grow with that allows a calmer setting than a childcare center. I am looking to make a mini bestfriend/‘s to enjoy fun times with. I love to spend time with children & let them teach me how THEY love to learn. Some things I love to do with children: going outside to play / walk, painting, coloring, reading books, singing / dancing, learning through play (days of the week, months of year, letters, weather, their name, ect), crafts / art projects, water play, sensory bins / play & yoga. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked at a daycare in Palmerton for 4 years and had so much fun being a head teacher for infants, toddlers and preschoolers over those years. I love to teach colors and shapes, read books, do sensory things, teach children how to write their names, potty training, singing, painting, water play, walks, puzzles, games and most of all, being a friend to children while creating fun memories. ❤️
