Hi I'm Ladesha! I have been working with children since the age of eight and have a passion to be with them. I have worked with and been a lead teacher for all ages groups from infant to preschool. I have been a director for a daycare , but have found my passion to be working directly with the children. I have a bachelor's degree in mathematics. I have been a part time nanny and babysitter for some of the families that I have worked with in the daycare. In my spare time I love arts and crafts, baking, and anything I can get my hands in that bring out my creative side. On the weekends I am all things church, as I am a youth leader and dance teacher for my church.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was when we went skating for the very first time. The son of the family had just turned 4 years old, and we were going to a birthday party for my niece. It was his first time ever going skating. I enjoyed seeing him on the skating rink floor with the skate guide, and him pushing it in the center of the rink, enjoying the music, and him being so fearless to want no help from anybody.
