Hello, my name is Laila Hernandez. I am currently a student at the Univeristy of Minnesota. I am studying Psychology and Sociology of Law. I love to hike, travel, cook, and listen to music. I also have tons of experience with children, including babies. I'm the oldest in my family so growing up I often times took care of my siblings. When I was in high school I got my first job at a daycare. During my college career, I have continued to work with kids through the University YMCA. Last year, I got the opportunity to lead my own team. My duties include: making lesson plans, providing transportation to my team, and attending trainings each month.
