The most important part about being a nanny...

Listening to your kids' needs throughout the day with them. Making sure the kids are comfortable at ALL times and giving them the skills they need to cope with any big feelings. As well as becoming aware of anything that may spark a highly emotional response, and ensuring that I have the skills needed to help them through that.
