"Lara was an exceptional caregiver for our three young girls. She joined our family when our youngest daughter was 18 months, and stayed with us until last May. The kids still miss her and ask about her! The kids love her because she is such a good communicator and caregiver. She’s able to be firm but kind, and they listen to her and respect her. When she is with the kids, she gives her full attention to them. In addition, Lara is very reliable. She keeps track of the kids schedules better than we do, and is always on time and on top of things. Lara is tidy and always leaves the house in a pristine state. Last, she is a lovely person!
