I worked at the ymca in stay and play (i watched the children while their guardian used the gym) and coached soccer there as well. i don’t work there anymore solely because management was very unorganized.

anything they want to do. i am open to new things as long as they have a good time.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think creating a bond is most important because yes i can care for them but I don’t want them to feel they have a stranger taking care of them. They should feel comfortable interacting with me and letting me take care of them.
My experience with special needs children...
the ymca had occasional specials needs children while i was working in stay and play. I had two consistent kids while coaching I worked with 3 days a week and took time to work with them alone as needed.
