The most important part about being a nanny...

The youngest of the 2 boys that I took care of wasn't speaking. He was 3 at the time. The parent's and I were worried. They called a speech therapist for him and he refused to interact with her at all.
Then one day while he was having lunch, He says," Shana I sleepy". I was so happy and amazed at the same time. He hasn't stop talking since then. He's now 9 years old.
