Treating each child with Love , Respect, Kindness & Patience it’s more then being a Nanny they deserve a Parent Away From a Parent they need to feel comfortable as well as attached to yu as not jus a Nanny but a mother figure children need to be comfortable if they’re in your care it’s hard to trust anyone outside of mom & dad sometimes
