The most important part about being a nanny is building trust — both with the children and with the parents. Children need to feel safe, heard, and loved in order to grow and thrive. Creating a nurturing environment where they feel comfortable expressing themselves is essential.
At the same time, maintaining open communication with parents and respecting their values and routines is just as important. Being a nanny is not just about supervision — it’s about guidance, consistency, emotional support, and becoming a positive role model in a child’s life. 💛

Being there for those milestones and knowing I played a small part in their growth is incredibly rewarding.
There’s nothing more special than the hugs at the end of the day and hearing, “I can’t wait to see you tomorrow.” 💛
