The most important part about being a nanny...
I personally think two things make a great nanny. Patience and relationship building with the whole family.
I think patience is important for any job but especially those with children. Kids can have a lot of big feelings so if the adult is also having big feelings it can become a worse situation.
I also believe it is important to build relationships with the whole family. Obviously it is important to have a positive relationship with the kids since I would be taking care of and playing with them. However, It's also good to have a relationship with their guardians since those guardians are trusting you with their kids safety and happiness.
