Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I worked at a fitness club as a jump rope coach at a toddler class. Every Saturday, I taught toddlers how to jump rope; this gave me valuable experience working with toddlers. Also, I was a middle school track coach in high school and I learned how to work well with preteens. I also have experience being a tutor for middle schoolers and freshmen in high school which taught me how to be an effective tutor and connect with younger teenagers.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love doing anything with children! I have played soccer my whole life, so if a child has interest in soccer I love that. Some active activities i love is running, swimming, playing football, hiking, and just playing outside. Other than that, I am a very creative person and I love doing new crafts or baking with kids.
My experience with special needs children...
I worked as a nanny for a child with special needs (autism) for over 3 years. This experience taught me a lot about caring for a child with a disabilities and the challenges that come alone with it. It taught me a lot of responsibility as well.
