She is always on time and is a great communicator whether it be about or kids or our schedule. She always provides us updates throughout the day and is never hesitates to ask a question. Some of the care Lee has provided: waking our children in the morning, getting them ready for the day, making breakfast, getting one kid on and off the bus, driving our kids to and from school/summer camp and sports practices and taking them to playgrounds and the library. With her background in early child care, she really understands kids’ needs, is very patient, and works to meet kids where they are at to figure out why they may have some of the emotions and feelings they experience and work through them in a healthy way.
