A little bit about me

I have over 3 years of day care experience and 5+ years as a nurse aid caring for patients of all ages including elderly and older adults with Dementia and Alzheimer's. These experiences allowed me to form great relationships with my patients to many of which I still check on to this day. I am currently a Registered Nurse. I pride myself in helping those who may not have the extra time on their hands to spend with their loved ones. As a caregiver I am very attentive, passionate, kind, and reliable. Some of the skills I practiced were assisting patients in providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming. Fostered patient independence by teaching use of cane/walker, special utensils to eat, special techniques and equipment for personal hygiene.
