More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I’ve been a teacher at two different early learning centers and have also been babysitting for a few years.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like to balance both fun and developmental activities depending on the child’s age and interests.
For indoor activities, I enjoy things like arts and crafts, reading together, building with blocks or LEGO, and doing simple educational games or puzzles. I also like incorporating imaginative play, like pretend games, and sometimes basic baking or cooking with supervision, which kids usually love.
For outdoor activities, I like taking kids to parks, going on walks, playing sports or simple games like tag, and organizing activities like scavenger hunts. If possible, I also enjoy planning outings like trips to the zoo, library, or playgrounds.
Overall, I try to keep kids engaged, active, and learning while making sure everything is safe and appropriate for their age.

The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters most to me is being a positive and reliable presence in a child’s life. I enjoy helping kids learn, grow, and have fun, but also making sure they feel safe, heard, and supported. Building trust with both the children and their parents is really important to me.
My experience with special needs children...
I’ve cared for children with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, and speech delays. I’ve learned how important it is to be patient, consistent, and attentive to each child’s unique needs. I’ve used structured routines, positive reinforcement, and clear communication to help children feel comfortable and supported. I also work closely with parents to follow any specific strategies or therapies they’re using so there’s consistency.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One time while we were having breakfast, the child accidentally spilled yogurt all over the floor. They immediately grabbed a paper towel and tried so hard to clean it up but ended up smearing it everywhere instead. When I tried to help, they kept insisting, ‘I got it, I’ll clean up the big mess,’ which was so sweet and determined. It turned into a bit of a messy situation, but I loved seeing their sense of responsibility and independence. We ended up cleaning it together, and it was just a really cute, memorable moment.
