I volunteered at a daycare for 2 years until I was 18 and began working there. I have 5 years experience in the daycare setting, along with several years experience for before/after school programs, kindergarten classrooms, summer camps, and I have been a nanny for the past year!

I love to make sensory bins or activities to focus on senses. Crafts, art projects, science experiments, and more are thing I enjoy doing inside. For outdoor activities I enjoy going on scavenger hunts, parks, the zoo, walks, playing sports or gym games, etc.

Having a child or multiple children achieve age based goals and be able to explore new goals. Learning and education for the proper age is important to me. Physical and emotional development for children is a top priority. Also, making sure they are loved and safe.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One moment I really enjoyed was when it was my second month working for a family and the little girl chased me to my car and wanted hugs and kisses and for me not to leave. It made me feel like we had a connection and she enjoys being around me.
