More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I previously worked as a full-time nanny, where I gained experience caring for children and helping families manage their daily routines. I’ve also volunteered at summer programs working with kids, tutored children, and assisted with housekeeping and household organization. In addition, I have experience with school pickup and drop-off and enjoy being someone families can rely on.
I am currently taking classes to receive my First Aid and CPR certifications because providing a safe and supportive environment is very important to me. My goal is to help make life easier for families while creating a positive and dependable experience for both parents and children.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy encouraging kids to stay active, creative, and engaged away from technology whenever possible. I love spending time outdoors, doing crafts, working on puzzles, painting, and playing educational games that make learning fun. I think it’s important for children to disconnect from screens sometimes and enjoy fresh air, creativity, and opportunities to learn something new every day!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny, to me, is becoming a positive and dependable part of a child’s everyday life. The little moments helping them learn something new, making them laugh after a hard day, or creating memories they’ll look back on fondly are what matter most. I believe children thrive when they feel genuinely cared for, listened to, and free to be themselves, and I strive to create that kind of environment every day.

My experience with special needs children...

I also have experience working with children with special needs, which has helped me understand the importance of patience, communication, and compassion. I know that every child has different needs, and I am always willing to take the time, effort, and care needed to fully understand how to best support both the child and their family. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where every child feels understood and cared for.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny memories was when we planned a special movie and snack night. The kids and I built a big fort for them to watch their movie in, and it reminded me so much of building forts with my siblings when I was younger. Seeing them all laughing, playing, enjoying their snacks, and having fun together was such a sweet moment. I love creating fun memories like that and giving kids experiences they’ll look back on happily.
