I was a Colombian Au pair, the experience was amazing, I took cared a baby 7 months and girl 3 years old, they're a sweet kids, they learned a couple words in Spanish and they loved go to the park, read books, draw. We usted to composed songs while we played with the toys.... I like the children because they're happy most of the time, and they are the way to explore our creative. . I think is important to keep the discipline, but using a good communication and making a schedule every day, say them "good job" always.
