I have a nephew who has Mosiac Down Syndrome. I have been heavily involved in his life since he was born. He is my only sisters son. Nathan was also diagnosed with leukemia at 2 1/2 and went through treatment until age 5. He is now 9 and doing amazing. I have been there every step of the way.

One of the boys I have watched since he was born said to me on his tenth birthday, you are one of the people I've know my whole life. It was really touching.
