I tailor my approach to meet each child’s unique needs—whether that means using visual schedules, practicing calming techniques, creating sensory-friendly activities, or supporting their communication and social development.

Some of my favorite moments as a nanny are the little milestones—like a baby’s first steps, a toddler learning new words, or seeing a child light up when they master a new skill. I especially love the joy and laughter that come from simple things like reading stories together, doing arts and crafts, or playing outside.
