Over 28 years of experience as a Teacher, Infant Specialist, Parent Classes, Early Intervention Specialist, Special Education, Developmentally Appropriate Practices, Trauma Training, Family Intervention, and Adolescent Services, Sports Coach. I'm knowledgeable in day to "family life" needs of infants, small children, toddlers, and school age; along with the individual child's needs. Goals: safety, happiness, enrichment, exercise, fun, love, nurturing, consistency, and boundaries, are a few. I am proud of being a fantastic mom, and an excellent caregiver. Setting expectations to help families find a comfortable balance in their home, is part of my job that is rewarding! Tasks: children's laundry, bottles, food prep, tutoring, play, developmental growth, sleep training, feeding scheduling, parent questions/concerns, and overall care of the child's needs. Is the joy in my heart when I know they know I love them and they are safe!! Their acknowledgment of me and that they are happy that we spend time together. I know I have made a difference and that they learned something. Something positive!!

My experience with special needs children...

I was the 504:IEP Coordinator for almost 8 years in New York. I am well versed in the special education arena and can care for the child’s needs and the families needs. I recently was a Nanny for an Infant who had required multiple services.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Oh Boy!! Too many, over too many years. ❤️ I guess every time they reach a new milestone and do something that they didn’t think they could do. The look on their faces and their reaction. It’s priceless!!!
