The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny is important to me because I get to be their emotional support I think that’s really important because children cry when parents have to go to work. Comforting them and being there for them because I’m not Security and remind her that they’ll be back from work soon. Also is helping to reach their developmental milestones. From ABA I would see my former clients improved in areas that they were having a hard time to do. For me to help them improved them made me feel so happy for them. Lastly having good connections with parents since letting them know how their children did today.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a year working with children with special needs at my old job. I would do ABA I would work with children who are already diagnosed with autism. And I would also we’re virtual children who are waiting to get a diagnosis
The most important part about being a nanny...
I don’t have any experience as a nanny, but as a baby sitter is making sure the children are having fun. The last time I babysat with a seven year old idea what they wanted to do and they ended up having so much fun with me babysitting
