Hi, my name is Ellie! I have 10 years of childcare experience, 3 of which have been spent working closely with Autistic children and children with other developmental disabilities. I love helping children reach their developmental goals and seeing families thrive! I am college educated, have a car, am CPR/First Aid certified, Life guard trained, QBS Safety Care certified, and CPI trained. I am also an RBT, which stands for Registered Behavior Technician. I specialize in using kind and respectful methods to help kids work through sometimes highly challenging behaviors. I also approach teaching from a Montessori-style methodology. I use play, experiences, and sensory integration to facilitate growth. Have informal interdisciplinary training from a variety of therapeutic disciplines: OT, PT, Social Work, and Speech.
