A little bit about me

I'm a mother of 2 grown children. And a 14 year old grandson . I enjoy all age groups of children I'm very creative crafty fair-minded safety. And I can be an all-around big kid myself. I have many years of life experience and I have a lot to teach children especially children that are very inquisitive inquisitive minds I really like and enjoy. I love the outdoors I love teaching new experiences and memorable moments I love fishing swimming and I love animals all kinds. As much as I have experienced to teach young children I also enjoy learning things from young children. I enjoy hearing what they are involved in in their life and their daily life for school life their home life. When my children were growing up I was fortunate enough to be a stay-at-home mother to raise my children nowadays that isn't always possible and if I was in that situation I would want my children to be careful by nanny in our home environment where they're comfortable , especially after having a long day.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I am a mother of two grandchildren I've also been employed at my local daycare for the infants and toddlers due to covid the daycare was sold and went out of business. I enjoy crafts art music. Reading talking laughing.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Some of the activities I enjoyed to do with children is to play games sing dress up outside time walks. Swimming, fun learning activities, nature walks, fishing, going to the movies, museums. And all around everything I'm up for any experience that your child is interested in I'm interested in learning new things I'm interested in teaching you things.
And spending time at my lake house.

The most important part about being a nanny...

For me the most rewarding part is to see the children that have now grown up to be young adults and still remember who I am all these years later when I'm at the store or anywhere I love that it really makes me feel that I had made an impact. If I can make an impact in one child's life I know I'm doing a good thing and all the years that I have been in childcare there has been a few children that I've had over the years that have made an impact on my life and all around that's a good thing cuz you never know who needs somebody out there whether it's a child or an adult some people just need to be heard and I'm a great listener

My experience with special needs children...

I was employed with my local school district in the pre-school handicap program took care of a lovely little boy for 2 years.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nannying moments are when I first need a family and the child is unsure about me and then I come and take care of them and then we Bond and you can see the bonding happening and when you build trust with that child then the relationship starts and I love that.
