Everything! Whether they want to be in or outdoors, coloring, reading, pulling out every toy, etc. I am on board. So long as they are safe and having fun, I am fine with it!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Being patient. Although I am young and a lot less experience than some, I can say being patient has gotten me very far. No matter how much they cry, how long I have to listen, how long I wait until figure something out, etc. I will always be patient with them.
