Being a nanny is being the #1 go to person for your child. Whether that means the person they tell you about their homework stress, or learning what cry means hungry, hurt, wet, tired, or just plain frustrated. Being there in the ways each age needs. A teenager may need a tutor who can also give them advice. Your young child may need copilot for their at-home space adventures who knows how to teach them how to safely cook a nutritious and delicious meal. An infant needs someone engaged enough to notice if development is on track.
