"Madeline is very flexible with us on hours she works for us. She’s always on time and usually a little early even. She’s very patient with our high energy ADHD son and always follows what we ask her to do with him. Our son likes her because she will play with him if he wants it or give him space to do his own thing if he wants. He said she’s always nice to him and doesn’t get angry with him. We had looked for a long time to find someone that we could trust with him and knew she was paying attention to him while also respecting his boundaries when he needed space (space is a big thing for him). We were lucky to find someone like her!"
