My favorite nanny moment was when after weeks of watching a 3 year old little girl, there was a relationship built that wasn’t there before. I put her to bed one night and she got back up and gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek, it was the sweetest thing to watch a relationship develop from her not really liking me to then being excited to see me :)
