After having been a substitute teacher for a year and working with the children's program at my church, I can say that I have deeply adored working with children. It has been an enjoyable experience to be able to help a hand to guide our future generation. However, I do understand sometimes a firm hand is needed when speaking with children to understand the morals we must uphold. There is a line, as an adult, that we must keep being able to be a friend and confidant to a child and be a guide and discipline.
