She has two children of her own, she always made sure my girls were safe, happy and well cared for. I knew they were in good hands. i worked as a CNA certified nurse assistance from 2006 to 2008 in nursing facilities where i used to give care and provide assistance for seniors citizen and children with disabilities and i loved the experience.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
i really enjoy playing any educational or boarding games like zingo,candy land, building blocks and lego with the toddlers and middle schoolers under my supervision which they found very fun and entertaining. while being outdoor in local paks or indoor playground the children had playdates sometimes with their classmates and we would play games as well together or do activities like crosswords which help their vocabulary a lot.
The most important part about being a nanny...
for me what makes a good nanny is being someone very engaging and proactive, energetic,patient,caring, kind,and a good listener,responsable and most of all being able to keep calm in case of situation where the child is frustrated or having a meltdown or any other issues and not loose your temper.
My experience with special needs children...
i cared for a child with autism in the past she had speech delay and slow gesture but was very intelligent and interesting.iam very patient with children and i take my time always listening to them
