Uno de mis momentos favoritos como niñera es ver el progreso de los niños a medida que desarrollan nuevas habilidades. Especialmente cuando logro ver la alegría en sus rostros al aprender algo nuevo, ya sea decir su primera palabra, dar sus primeros pasos o completar una actividad que previamente les resultaba difícil. Estos momentos me llenan de satisfacción, ya que reflejan el esfuerzo y la dedicación que pongo en cada día, creando un ambiente seguro, amoroso y estimulante para su desarrollo. La conexión emocional que se forma con los niños y la confianza que depositan en mí para acompañarlos en cada etapa de su crecimiento es, sin duda, la parte más gratificante de mi trabajo.
