When I was 20, I moved to Manhattan New York. I had just dropped out of college, in which I was studying to become a paralegal. In New York City, I had a complete career change. I can’t tell you how incredibly fulfilling it was, going into work so upset, or so mad, and coming out at the end of the day, absolutely elated. Not a lot of jobs have that effect on a person. It is still just so profound to me. But I digress — I just love kids, all ages. And even though logically I know I don’t have my own (yet..🤪), I truly feel as though every kid is my kid.
