I started watching kids when I became the oldest child of 4! At the age of 14 I began to work at a day care where I worked with ages 1-8 y/o. I changed diapers, facilitated meals, snacks, nap time, crafts and taught the children colors and numbers! I worked at that job until I left for the Navy at 18!
In the Navy, I learned first aid skills such as CPR and wound care.
After the Navy, I have held a few nannying roles for families with 3 children ages 5 months to 5 years old including taking care of children with special needs. Additionally I worked part time in a day care for ages 2 m/o to 8 y/o.
I am a grad student at NYU where I take night classes working towards my degree in Mental Health counseling. I have taken child development and parenting courses and I am passionate about the growth of children! My goal is to be a child psychologist.
My 3 best qualities are compassion, patience and communication and I'd describe my personality as bubbly, energetic, and caring!

I have a 2 1/2 year old son, 8 year old son, and a 10 year old daughter who just recently was diagnosed with autism so I spend a lot of my time with my kiddos and love every second of it. I have a lot of experience in just about anything a full time parent would have and love being around kids. I would treat your kid/kids like I would my own and make the best experience of whatever you would want me to do with/for your kids. I keep my house clean and neat so if you need help tidying up I have no problem with that too. If you have pets I’m obsessed with all animals (my mom was a wildlife rehabilitator) so I could take care of the animals as well. I’m not cpr certified or first aid certified like this app asked but I will before accepting employment (I just started thinking about doing this). I’m a very nice, outgoing, active person so whatever task you through at me with your kid/kids I’ll be able to get it don’t and with a smile on your kids face! I hope you have a blessed day!
