Regularly updating them about the child's activities, progress, and any concerns ensures that we are on the same page and working together to provide the best care possible. It also allows me to address any specific instructions or preferences they may have.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my most cherished moments as a nanny was during a live-in position. While we were sitting together, coloring and discussing the child's day, they suddenly shared something that filled my heart with joy.
