I have no experience in being a nanny, the most experience I have is babysitting but my favorite thing about it was getting to know the kids outside of daycare. I did get babysitting opportunities within the daycares and it was always amazing being able to personally get to know the family and their kids better and doing activities outside daycares like being able to cook and watch movies and play with their pets and so much extra activities!
