My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for multiple kids with special needs but as a bus attendant. I was required to take a course before beginning that position, and have some knowledge from psychology courses, so I was able to work with a wide variety of student with different needs and am able to adapt very quickly.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My very first babysitting job, I worked with the sweetest 4 year old little boy and my favorite moment was when we spent an entire day creating an imaginary world and went on a mission to save as many creatures as possible! (mostly ones of his imagination)
