Relevant experience where I also cared for children were…In Germany i did internships and worked in several daycare schools, elementary school and a youth center. I was a counselor at summer camp for 3 summers.
Activities I enjoy doing with children…I enjoy to do arts and craft with children. I like to do gardening and meals that are easy and fun for kids to do. I like to play with kids bur also give them enough space and freedom to do individual play, to me that's important too because it helps in the development of creativity, independence and self awareness.
Outside activities are very important to me and I try to spend a lot of time in the park or playgrounds with children, where they can play, explore and enjoy the nature.

To guide them to explore the world but still leave them their freedom to make their own decisions. I want to support the children, find solutions together for their problems and how to deal with them. Give them individual attention and concentrate on their need.
My experience with special needs children…In Germany I worked in daycares that are including children with special needs into their facilities. I worked with children with autism, ADHD and dowb syndrome.
