I had a rocking chair that my children used to self soothe. I eat health. Cook healthy. No sugar to speak of. Fresh fruits. For treats, use olive oil and coconut oil to cook, bake with butter. Bake my own breads fresh each day, Week, and freeze
I do not fry any foods. I bake, broil. Or air fry. Enjoy keeping a clean , neat, orderly house. I am a Methodist, however. No longer attend Church
