I’m also really into health and fitness, and I love encouraging kids to be active and eat well. Whether it’s making healthy snacks, getting them moving outside, or just finding fun ways to burn energy, I try to keep things balanced and fun! Arts and crafts, play dates, getting down on the floor and giving my full attention to them is my favorite thing! Based on their age I always have fun activities in mind!
