I was a Director with the YMCA for Before and After School Programs where I oversaw 9 schools (500 students), I was the director over YMCA summer camp for 2 summers with 200 campers daily. I am currently a K-5 paraprofessional with Springfield Public Schools, and have taught summer school with them for the last 3 summers. I also tutor academically after school, on the weekends, and summers.

All activities. I enjoy finding out what the child(ren) love most and really building on those things, but also exposing them to new activities that will get them thinking and having a fun time.

Building the relationship with the children and their families. It will not be as enjoyable if the children and families do not have a good bond and relationship.
