"Megan is a delightful human to work with, she is reliable, responsible, and she always acted with my family’s best interest at heart. She was so creative in her approach, I could always tell my Angie was having a good time when in her care. She is firm when necessary but always kind and warm.
Any family would be lucky to have Megan be part of their team!"

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children. This involves not only meeting their basic needs, such as feeding and changing, but also fostering their emotional, social, and cognitive development. A great nanny is someone who understands each child's unique personality and interests, and is able to engage with them in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and growth. Communication with the parents is also crucial, as it allows for a collaborative approach to childcare and ensures that everyone is on the same page regarding the child's needs and well-being.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment is when a parent shared with me that their 2 year old liked to play "Ms. Megan" where she sets up her stuffed animals to take care of and teach them things I taught her. It reminds me that I am making a positive difference in children's life.
