For me the most important part is being the childrens 2nd safe place, next to mom and dad of course! I love being someone that the babies/toddlers can always feel safe enough to tell me how they’re feeling!

My favorite nanny moment i’ll never forget is when I grabbed my stuff to walk out of the door and the baby i was nannying at the time came waddling over to me and gave me the biggest hug goodbye. I wanted to tear up!
