I’d say the important part about being a nanny is you must have patience. Children of all ages have many mood swings and behave differently, so taking the time to listen and understand the child is really important.

I don’t have a specific moment, but what makes my day of being in the nanny field is when I’ve created enough comfort, love, and a safe place for children and they express they’re excitement in words as well as actions. Some examples word be hugs, smiles, immediately wanting to play, and over all just happy to see me and vise versa.
