Is how you treat your kids because as a nanny you are taking on that responsibility of being there everyday and caring for them if you do not respect your kids then how will they be able to look up to you. Being a role model to them is so very important because as a nanny you tend to make an impact in the kids lives no matter how small. So being your best infornt of the them and loving the kids as your own is exactly what makes a great nanny!

I took care an awesome little girl (10) that is autistic she loved to play just dance and laugh alot she always like playing jokes on me hiding stuff through out the house it was super fun!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when I was talking to the mom and she asked if I ever want kids I said "no not yet I don't want kids" . Little boy comes running over with his sister hugs me and says but Melanie we are your kids. That made my heart melt!
