My name is Melinda I have over 20 years of experience, went to medical school worked in pediatrics, raised my children, my sisters children, worked as a nanny for the chief of police in Orange County Ca, he had twins and several other families. I was called a over protective mother, usually by someone with no kids, you never can be to careful, if they are quiet they are up to something! I know how it feels to trust a person with your life it's hard, so I love them like their my own, and I have more patience then the average person I don't get frustrated with any child, because they are learning. I don't go against parents wishes, and if kids fight over a toy I put the toy in a time out. Haha It takes time to trust a person with your baby, child and I understand that but you will trust me, I am never on my phone, or watching TV my eyes are on your angels.
